They worked with six nonprofit organizations to design and plan the DCLT, while GSN led public education efforts and explored how the model could support Dallas\u2019 affordable housing goals.<\/p>\n<p>The founding board of the DCLT is composed of seven key organizations deeply rooted in Dallas neighborhoods.
